Terms of Use
These terms apply when you download or play Suite Dreams: Idle Hotel (the "game"), made by Pork Katsu Games ("we", "us"). By playing, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't play the game.
Playing the game
We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to play the game on your own devices for your own entertainment. The game, its art, music, characters and code belong to Pork Katsu Games and its licensors. Please don't copy, sell, modify or reverse engineer the game, or use cheats, bots or modified versions of it.
In-game money and items
Money, tips, decorations and other items in the game are virtual. They have no real-world value, can't be exchanged for real money, and aren't your property; they're part of your licence to play. We may change or rebalance them as the game is updated (for example, to keep the game fair and fun).
Purchases
In-app purchases are made through Google Play or the Apple App Store, under their terms and refund policies. Except where the law or the store's own policy says otherwise, purchases are final. Permanent purchases (such as Remove Ads and the Starter Pack) can be restored on a new device signed in to the same store account, using Restore purchases in the Shop. Consumable items (such as bags of cash) are used up when you receive them.
Ads
The game shows optional video ads from third-party networks, which have their own terms and privacy policies. You choose when to watch one. See our Privacy Policy for what they collect.
Your save and changes to the game
We work hard to keep your progress safe, including the cloud backup, but we can't guarantee that saved progress will never be lost. We may update, change, pause or stop the game or any part of it, and we may reset progress when that's needed to fix a serious problem.
No warranty and limits
The game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, Pork Katsu Games is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the loss of virtual items or progress, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law that can't be limited.
Ending these terms
You can stop playing at any time by uninstalling the game. We may suspend access for anyone who cheats or breaks these terms.
Changes
If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Playing after a change means you accept the new terms.
