You can ask us to delete the data Suite Dreams: Idle Hotel keeps about you at any time. You don't need to delete your account to do this.

How to request deletion

In the game: open Settings → Cloud save → Delete my cloud data and confirm. This deletes your cloud save and player ID straight away.

By email: send an email to [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data". To help us find your data, include your hotel's name, roughly when you last played, and, if you signed in, the email address of your Unity account. We'll delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

Your cloud save (your hotels and progress stored online).
Your player ID and its link to your Unity account sign-in.

The save on your own device isn't touched by a deletion request. Uninstalling the game removes it.

What is kept, and for how long

Purchases: records of in-app purchases are kept by Google Play or the Apple App Store under their own policies. Remove Ads and the Starter Pack can still be restored from your store account after a deletion.
Your Unity account: if you signed in with a Unity account, that account belongs to Unity and is used by other games too. You can delete it yourself at id.unity.com (account settings).
Advertising data: data collected by advertising partners is handled under their own policies. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's settings.
Your email to us: kept only as long as needed to handle your request.
